Overview
Rezerv is a Singapore-based platform that gives gyms, studios, tuition centres and entertainment venues one admin to run the whole business: a live schedule, class and appointment bookings, packages and memberships, payments, and a hosted website customers book through.
Staff run the day from a calendar, owners set up services, pricing and promotions without a developer, and every business gets a no-code online store where its customers browse, buy and book. More than a thousand small businesses run on it. The screens below show the admin as it looked in 2023 - 2024; it has kept growing since.
Running the day
The dashboard opens on what matters right now: today's sessions, pending approvals and overdue payments, with quick actions to add a class, package or membership and jump into the online store.
The schedule is a week calendar filtered by outlet, staff, class or appointment type. Owners drag sessions into place, see capacity on each block and publish the week to the customer site in one step.

Services and bookings
Every business sells a mix of classes, one-to-one appointments, multi-session courses and outlet access. Each type has its own catalogue, booking list and settings, grouped by category so a studio with dozens of classes stays manageable.
Bookings carry the full state - waitlists, cancellations, check-ins - and the same data feeds the customer-facing site, so a change in the admin is live for customers immediately.

Pricing, packages and promo codes
Pricing plans model how SMBs actually sell: credit packages, recurring memberships, time-based pricing, shareable and transferable packs, and location-bound packages for multi-outlet businesses.
Promo codes support services and product discounts, quantity and date limits, bulk generation and export, so marketing campaigns can run without a developer.

A no-code online store
Each business gets a hosted booking website. The online-store module lets owners pick and customise a theme, edit pages and navigation, connect a custom domain, and manage blog posts, FAQ and legal pages - with a font library of thirty-plus families to match their brand.
Theme customisation renders live, and publishing swaps the customer site without downtime.
